PPS (GH) Ltd was formed in June of 1998 to specifically serve both Ghana and other West African sub-regional markets. PPS(GH) Ltd has been directly involved in engineering design, installation and maintenance of mining equipment and the supply of capital and industrial spares. Since its formation PPS (GH) has enjoyed steady market growth - its major clients include Ashanti Goldfields Company, Bonte Goldmines, Satellite Goldfield Company, Abboso Goldfields (Damang Project) and Ghana Bauxite Company. PPS (GH) has large clients outside of the mining industry as well and these include Ghacem, Lever Brothers, Mabey & Johnson, Ghana Ports and Harbor Authority and PSC Tema Shipyard.

The company obtains approximately 85% of its equipment from the U.K. and as a result is able to compete with other local , Far East and South African companies.
